These terms apply to bookings and services provided by Sonny's Dunfermline Taxis. Please read them alongside our privacy and cookie policies.
Bookings
Submitting the WhatsApp form, or sending a message or email, is a request for a taxi — not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once Sonny's Dunfermline Taxis replies and accepts the journey. We recommend booking airport transfers and larger vehicles in advance.
Pricing
We do not publish fixed fares on this website. Prices are confirmed with you directly at the time of booking and can depend on the route, time and vehicle required.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and destination details and a contactable number.
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time, particularly for airport and station transfers.
- Let us know passenger numbers and luggage so we send a suitable vehicle.
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect; charges may apply for any damage or soiling.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please tell us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can adjust arrangements.
Liability
We aim to be punctual and reliable, but we do not guarantee specific journey times, as traffic and road conditions are outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
